This unique opportunity supports participants in earning a Micro-Credential from the National Education Association. Gain knowledge, sharpen skills, and collaborate with ESPs in this learning community dedicated to amplifying your professionalism!

Current HCTA Membership is required.

LEAP! Professional Learning Leader (PLL) Cadre

Begins October 9th!

  • Lead learning sessions while earning your NEA Microcredential.

  • ​Connect with other ESPs and build your learning community

  • Earn a stipend for both being a Professional Learning Leader and earning your NEA Microcredential.

  • Earn the opportunity to be selected to lead in future learning sessions!
