Looking for professional learning that is interactive, thought provoking, relevant, and useful?

 

Join in the Fall Book Talk: Teacher Unions & Social Justice! The Book Talk consists of two in-person and three on-line sessions using classroom narratives and hands-on examples to seed our conversations about the history and current examples of social justice unionism and more.

 

Earn up to 12 in-service hours.

 

This learning opportunity is appropriate for all teachers and any ESP wanting to grow insights to inspired student instruction.

Thank you for your interest in our Book Talk! Unfortunately, all seats are FULL for our current session and you have been placed on a waitlist. If a seat becomes available, you will receive an email confirmation.

Seats for our Book Talk are limited. Once seats are full, you will be placed on a waitlist.

Please select which Book Talk(s) you plan to attend.

To receive the maximum in-service points offered (10), I must attend each session of the Book Walk-in-person and online AND complete each of the session guide sheets. Partial points may be awarded, however less than 3 in-service points cannot be added to your PDS record.

To receive a copy of the book, I must be a current member of HCTA and be one of the first 10 member registrants. Books will be distributed at the first session.
